Judging for the 2025 awards is already underway. As part of the judging panel, Invictus has begun meeting shortlisted business leaders and learning more about their journeys.

Finalists will be selected across ten categories, including Innovation, Employer of the Year, and Fast-Growth Business. A prestigious awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at the Crowne Plaza, Nottingham, on Thursday, 16 October 2025.
